Whatcom Conservation District’s Board of Supervisors will hold two Public Hearings, in-person July 7th and virtual July 11th, pursuant to RCW 89.08.400 and .405.
The purpose of the public hearing is to gather and consider public comment on the system of rates and charges proposed by the Board of Supervisors to fund the District’s conservation activities and programs within the unincorporated and incorporated areas of Whatcom County.
The program of work and the proposed system of rates and charges will be posted on the Rates & Charges page of the District website by July 1st for consideration.
