Whatcom Conservation District’s Board of Supervisors will hold two Public Hearings, in-person July 7th and virtual July 11th. The purpose of the public hearing is to gather information and to receive public comment on the proposed system of rates and charges being considered for adoption by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to RCW 89.08.400 and .405 to fund the District’s conservation activities and programs.
