The Birch Bay Beach Naturalist program is designed to promote interpretation and conservation of shellfish, tide flats and beaches in our area.  If you like people, enjoy being on the beach, and are passionate about marine education; consider becoming a Birch Bay Beach Naturalist

Explore the beach with a new eyes and learn about our amazing marine resources!!  Join shellfish and marine ecosystem experts to explore Birch Bay at low tide and gain the skills to teach others. 

Beach Naturalists serve as stewards and educators at the Birch Bay tide flats.
